Tray Washing & Drying Unit

It provides washing and drying of the pan after the baked cakes are emptied from the pan.
The washing system performs homogeneous and stable washing regardless of the changes in pan form.
In the Drying Section, it is dried on the pans from the top and bottom with a high volume blower.
It is important for the health of the cake production process that the pan is completely dried and no droplets remain in the pan.
