It is the machine where the cooked wafer plates are cooled in the ambient air and their tension is removed.Wafer sheets coming out of the oven automatically enter the leaf cooling conveyor.
Here, the leaves cooled for a while are automatically transferred to the cream spreading machine or wafer conditioning tunnel.
