  • The unit consists of a conveyor that aligns the biscuits coming from the tunnel oven and a conveyor where inversion, filling and capping / capping on the biscuit strings take place. The capping process is carried out with Venturi effect suction suction cups. The discharge mechanism has a manifold depositor that can be heated to discharge the creams at controlled temperature, cleaning itself after each cycle.
